This is a malt-forward beer featuring honey, belgian candi sugar, and ginger to bring all the flavors of the holiday season into the glass. A step mash lends warm spice to the flavor profile while a healthy addition of Sabro dry hops rounds out the experience, contributing notes of bitter orange and pine.
