The Foxy Librarian is an enigma — you just have to experience it to understand. A healthy dose of rice in the malt bill keeps this beer in balance. The high alcohol content is hardly noticeable because of the complex interaction of grains, hops, and yeast. Be careful with the librarian, it’s easy to love but might set your world on fire. (Never underestimate librarians!)

Belgian Farmhouse Ale 8.3% ABV | 24 IBU

Dark straw color with clove on the nose and a generous creamy white head. Previously wild, but now captured Belgian yeast lends notes of white pepper and coriander on top of the malty sweetness, along with a little funk to keep it interesting.

Rosé Sour 5.5% ABV | 10 IBU

This beer is light bodied, slightly sour, effervescent, and extremely refreshing. We use a kettle-sour process to build enough acid to achieve a pleasant tartness and beets to add earthiness and beautiful color. A beer for wine lovers!
