Bike Path
American Pale Ale 5.5% ABV | 30 IBU
Cascade hops balance a golden malt backbone and create a beer that’s right in the sweet spot. The ingredients are simple but they really shine in this recipe, which uses ultra-local Arlington grown hops in the whirlpool. You may have seen us on the bike path harvesting hops for this beer!
First Love
Dortmunder Export Lager 5.9% ABV | 26 IBU
A German-style lager with pronounced hop bitterness and moderately high alcohol that balance a traditional malty backbone. We build the water profile used to make this beer to accentuate the hoppiness without going overboard, so it leaves you wanting one more round. This is the style that made me fall in love with beer.
Foxy Librarian
Belgian Strong Ale 10.7% ABV | 95 IBU
The Foxy Librarian is an enigma — you just have to experience it to understand. A healthy dose of rice in the malt bill keeps this beer in balance. The high alcohol content is hardly noticeable because of the complex interaction of grains, hops, and yeast. Be careful with the librarian, it’s easy to love but might set your world on fire. (Never underestimate librarians!)
Herring Run
Hefeweizen 5.2% ABV | 9.7 IBU
Named after the annual spring migration up the Mystic River and into Mill Brook, this beer hits the spot when the days are lengthening and the weather starts to warm up. Traditionally hazy, we craft our hefeweizen to achieve clove and banana flavors without tilting the scales (get it? scales!) towards one or the other. Check out the Mystic River Watershed Association to learn more and even count some fish!
Jedermann
Helles Lager 4.8% ABV | 18 IBU
When a German asks for a beer, this is what they’re asking for: perfect balance. Malt and noble hops are carefully chosen in this recipe to ensure nothing tips the scales too far in either direction. Lower alcohol content ensures that you can have as many as you’d like. Perfect for sitting outside on a warm summer day, or any other time or place.
Marley’s Ghost
Christmas Ale - 8.4% ABV | 42 IBU
This is a malt-forward beer featuring honey, belgian candi sugar, and ginger to bring all the flavors of the holiday season into the glass. A step mash lends warm spice to the flavor profile while a healthy addition of Sabro dry hops rounds out the experience, contributing notes of bitter orange and pine. Toast the season with a glass of liquid Christmas!
Money Comes and Goes
West Coast IPA, 6.7% ABV | 73 IBU
Money Comes and Goes is a West Coast style IPA that transports us to the redwood forests of the Pacific coast. Its pine-forward flavor profile comes from a blend of Centennial, Chinook, and Cascade hops that impart an earthy, resinous bitterness without destroying your taste buds. Enjoy it while contemplating the big picture and what really matters in life.
Also look for our wet-hopped variant, Money Ebbs and Flows, which is available when locally-grown hops are available!
My New GF
Saison, 5.6% ABV | 7 IBU Gluten Free!*
A fruity, spicy, light, and refreshing beer that will appeal to all saison fans. We take particular pride in offering this exceptional beer knowing that our friends who avoid gluten can enjoy with confidence, since My New GF is naturally gluten free.
*Made with no gluten containing ingredients; and while it is produced in a brewery that also uses wheat and barley, we take careful steps to avoid cross contamination.
Oval Frame
Festbier 5.9% ABV | 25 IBU
Grab your dirndl or lederhosen and enjoy a mass or two of this German style lager that will make you feel like you’re drinking under a tent at the Theresienwiese in Munich. Slightly maltier and higher alcohol than our Jedermann Helles, this beer is made for enjoying by the liter. Prost!
Peirce Pils
Bohemian Pilsner, 5.7% ABV | 43 IBU
Peirce is bright and crisp, blending bohemian floor-malted barley with traditional Saaz hops to achieve maximum drinkability while preserving the complexity you’ve come to expect in an Arlington beer. The dense white head is made to be savored, so enjoy a variety of pours ranging from Na Dvakrat to Hladinka or even Snyt or Mliko if you’re really up for a foamy treat!
Robbins Farmhouse
Belgian Farmhouse Ale 8.3% ABV | 24 IBU
Dark straw color with clove on the nose and a generous creamy white head. Previously wild, but now captured Belgian yeast lends notes of white pepper and coriander on top of the malty sweetness, along with a little funk to keep it interesting.
Spy-P-A
Hazy IPA 6.6% ABV | 35 IBU
Citra and Mosaic hops take center stage in this juicy citrus extravaganza that your nose will recognize from across the room. Saving all the hops for post-boil addition, either in the whirlpool or via dry-hopping, results in an intense aroma of grapefruit and tangerine while leaving all the bitterness behind. It’s bright, refreshing and we can’t stop taking sip after sip.

Trafford Ale
English Bitter 3.8% ABV | 30 IBU
A British-style pub ale that is low in alcohol but big on flavor. Toasty malt plays nicely with fuggles hops to transport your taste buds all the way to Manchester (UK, not NH) atop a dense head of smooth creamy foam. We developed this recipe for our friend Stuart, who wanted a beer that reminds him of home. But if you want the complete pub experience, you’ll have to bring your own mushy peas.
Walter
Stout 5.5% ABV | 43 IBU
Your old-school, straight-ahead, no-surprises, delicious stout. It’s our take on a simple, moderate-ABV stout, flavored with chocolate malt and roasted barley. Notes of cocoa and coffee play well together in front of a creamy black background. Served on nitro, it’s a great reason to sip and ponder how all those tiny bubbles make such a magical cascade.
Wilson
Stout 4.5% ABV | 15 IBU
Cocoa nibs from our friends at Sotto Chocolate in Watertown and a bit of lactose give this stout a complex, slightly sweet flavor. Fermenting with hefeweizen yeast at elevated temperatures gives distinct notes of banana to compliment the rich chocolate flavors and dry out the finish. Served on nitro, the result is a delicious creamy beer that’s perfect for dessert.
