Christmas Ale - 8.4% ABV | 42 IBU

This is a malt-forward beer featuring honey, belgian candi sugar, and ginger to bring all the flavors of the holiday season into the glass. A step mash lends warm spice to the flavor profile while a healthy addition of Sabro dry hops rounds out the experience, contributing notes of bitter orange and pine. Belgian Farmhouse Ale 8.3% ABV | 24 IBU

Dark straw color with clove on the nose and a generous creamy white head. Previously wild, but now captured Belgian yeast lends notes of white pepper and coriander on top of the malty sweetness, along with a little funk to keep it interesting.
